Dear friends of mozart @ augsburg,

Dear Sirs and Madames,

In September 2017 our wonderful festival had its last edition for the time being.
Our energy was a little exhausted after 6 intense years of festival, and it seemed to us to be the right decision to take a creative break.

This was followed by some lovely individual concerts and events, which continued to give us the pleasure of seeing each other. We were very happy and grateful for this, as well as for the loyalty that you have shown us.

We actually had the year 2020 in mind to think about restarting the festival, but then Corona came and the cultural world came to a standstill. So we took another year.

Today we can report with great pleasure that the year 2021 will not only revive culture in general worldwide, but also our beautiful festival.

From 5th to 12th September 2021 it's mozart @ augsburg KV 2021, and we cordially invite you to 6 concerts with wonderful artists and programs.
Following the tradition of the festival, you will again experience the highest level of quality and content, just as you did in the past.

The last year was a very big challenge, especially for the cultural world, and many artists and organizers found themselves in great need. But we rise up again because our calling is to stand live on stage for you, dear music lovers, to bring you closer to what all people need to live like air to breathe - MUSIC!

But for this we also need you, dear audience, and therefore we invite you to join us in celebrating the restart of mozart @ augsburg, but at the same time also regaining our freedom.
